Soft target protection basics
Recognising warning signs, staying alert, reporting suspicious behaviour and navigating the first minutes of an incident.

From vulnerability assessment and staff training to response drills. For schools, offices, hospitals and public spaces.
Our approachA soft target is a place where many people gather and security is limited. Staff play a central role: spotting warning signs early, reporting them correctly and following a practiced plan in a crisis.
We draw on the Czech Ministry of the Interior's methodology and adapt it to the actual operation of each site.
We tailor the programme to staff, visitor movement and daily operations. We most often work with these organisations.
Modules can be combined as needed. We often begin with a risk assessment. Scope, capacity and price depend on the brief.
